Goals & Objectives
The Mission of the Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier is to be a life-giving community of faith, worship, love and service which proclaims the good news of Jesus Christ.
Our community is committed to some notable priorities:
- To experience God as a celebrating community through the sacrament of liturgy empowered by the Holy Spirit.
- To provide a dynamic, scripture-based program of religious education which enables us to understand the Christian Message and our religious traditions and which prepares us for the challenges of Christian living.
- To maintain an active outreach program which responds compassionately to the needs of the disadvantaged and the members of our community.
- To evangelize, that is to be constantly seeking opportunities to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to our world.
We seek active participation and a strong commitment from members of all ages. We are committed to be open and responsive to input from members of our community.
